Thought you might like to see some of the shots taken over the past couple of weeks.
We were lucky enough to get ourselves a last minute deal on the ship ‘Ventura’ with P&O
cruises which commenced its journey from the gorgeous Island of Barbados, situated just east of the Caribbean Sea.
If I put up a selection of images of the different Islands visited each Monday then you might get a flavour of the trip, and some of the many amazing people, outstanding sights and fascinating events we witnessed.

First up then is the ‘picture perfect’ island of Grenada (pronounced Grenayda) It is the most southerly of the Windward isles, lying 90 miles north of Trinidad and 68 miles south-west of St. Vincent, it is slightly less than four-fifths of the size of the Isle of Wight, twenty one miles long by twelve miles wide.
Columbus named this Island Conception but did not land.
