It is 750 square kilometres in size, and the highest point in the Morne Diablotins, which has a height of 14447 metres.

The capital, Roseau, is where we docked that day. Dominica has been nicknamed the “Nature Isle of Caribbean” for it’s unspoiled beauty!

Columbus named this Island after the day of the week on which he spotted it, a Sunday (Dominica in latin) the 3rd of November 1493.
