Early morning drive over to Gosport and as I turned off the carriageway I noticed this tranquil scene and decided I liked it enough to park a little further on and then walk back to grab this little capture.
In contrast and deliberately obscured from left of frame is a very busy cement and shingle works business.
I found the juxtaposition and the contrast between the two; interesting. So partially left some of the industrial crane in view.
I felt the presence of the two swans though served to further soften and compliment the overall scene by their appearance; as they both quietly fed in the calm mirror like water.
